Join our 4 Week Challenge to get you through the last couple of weeks of Winter and you'll be smashing your fitness goals coming into Spring!
There will be weigh-ins, fitness testing and meal plans available for those who want be more accountable or simply just sign-up and do the challenge in your own way and at your own pace!
What does the challenge involve? The aim of the challenge is to follow these guidelines for best results:
- Four week eating plan created by our Nutritionist
- Attend 3 or more sessions per week
- pre and post fitness testing (optional)
- pre and post weigh-ins (optional)
- Goal setting
