PHILOSOPHY

Nutrition is the difference at Linked.

Our philosophy is to focus on complementing your training by nourishing the body with food it thrives off. There’s no magic trick to eating well, we encourage clients to use wholefoods and tweak the food groups to find what works best for their body. At Linked we don't believe that any food or food groups should be cut out of your diet completely, balance and establishing a link between your own training and what
you eat is the key!

Steph Geddes is the Nutritionist at Linked and is a leading Nutritionist in her field working world wide with people, businesses and brands to embrace wholefoods every day.
