NEW RECIPE!

Red Lentil & Spinach Dhal

This is such a great recipe for Winter, comforting creamy dhal packed with spices and served with fresh coriander and yoghurt. 

Lentils are a fantastic source of plant based protein as well as dietary fibre and you can make this meal complete with brown rice and steamed vegetables.

CONNORS CAKE STALL

Whether you're running in the fun run or not Linked member Liz Matthews has another way you can get involved. She is holding a cake stall on September 2nd to support the RCD Foundation and is on the lookout for bakers and cake makers! Last year the cake stall was a huge success so if you are interested in being involved please email us for Liz's details.

THURSDAY CARDIO
EXPRESS HIIT

NEW SESSION!
We have a new session - Express Cardio HIIT - at 6:00pm on Thursdays. This is a 30minute session with Lisa and will involve a combination of cardio exercises at a high intensity to get the most out of your express workout. Pair it with 6:30pm Body Attack if your game!  Please note this is replacing 7:30pm HIIT Box.

12 DAY CLEANSE WITH STEPH

Our Nutritionist Steph is running a 12 Day Seasonal Cleanse to get your body in optimal health for Winter.

The program includes a 12 day eating plan with all wholefood based recipes suitable for gluten free, dairy free and vegetarians.
