We are so excited to launch our Mums & Bubs and Mums To Be Sessions next Term!! Starting October 11th, Lisa will be running these sessions with her expert knowledge in safe exercising for females that are currently pregnant or are up to 12 months postpartum.
COOKING CLASS WITH STEPH
Our Nutritionist Steph is running a Cooking Class on Saturday September 23rd. You will learn all about how to prepare healthy meals that are quick, easy and budget friendly. You also get to enjoy all of the food cooked on the day so make sure you don't miss out!
