If you're ready to drop a few kilos, set some solid goal and get back to a healthy routine.. then this is for you!
This year our 6 week challenge is going to look a little different!
For extra accountability and motivation, we still want clients to partner up*. 

Each week we will release weekly challenges to be completed by you & your partner…as well as completing your usual sessions.
There will be 3 new recipes each week to compliment all that hard work you will be putting into the sessions.

The prize: 6 weeks of free unlimited weekly training for each of you.


How to win?

Complete the weekly challenges of week 1, week 3 and week 6 challenge to go into the draw.

Join us for the 6 Week Challenge Bonus Session - on stand up paddle boards!! All Linked members welcome, you don’t need to be doing the challenge to come along.

You will need one board between two so come with a partner and one board for the both of you as we will do a tag team style session mixing up the SUPing with exercises on the beach. 

Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm
Location: Sandringham beach (meet at the bottom of the black ramp which is the ramp on the opposite side of the car park to the playground)
Cost: Free! (kids under 15 are not permitted to join in)

Join our 4 Week Challenge to get you through the last couple of weeks of Winter and you'll be smashing your fitness goals coming into Spring! 

There will be weigh-ins, fitness testing and meal plans available for those who want be more accountable or simply just sign-up and do the challenge in your own way and at your own pace! 

What does the challenge involve? The aim of the challenge is to follow these guidelines for best results: 
- Four week eating plan created by our Nutritionist
- Attend 3 or more sessions per week
- pre and post fitness testing (optional)
- pre and post weigh-ins (optional)
- Goal setting

Cost: Free
*Must have a current Linked Membership, Group Pass or PT Pass

November 21 Day Challenge

This challenge is completed as individuals. Each week Jack, Steph, Jamie and Lisa will nominate members to receive 3,2 and 1 votes. At the end of the challenge we will award a prize to the top 3 members with the most votes. Votes will be awarded based on effort and consistency for both training and nutrition across the week.   

What you will need to do:

  • Complete pre and post challenge measurements (weight and waist)

  • Complete 4 training sessions per week

  • Include 4 x recipes per week created by our Nutritionist

  • Drink minimum 2L of water per day

  • Have at least 4 alcohol free nights per week

  • Get a minimum 7 hours sleep per night

-  Each week a trainer will be putting on an extra 'bonus' session if you wish to include this in your 4 sessions. Jack (week 1), Lisa (week 2), Jamie (week 3). 
-  You can upgrade to participate in Steph's 21 Day Detox Program in conjunction with this challenge if you wish (recommended for best results). Cost = $165 (includes $25 for challenge registration).

Run The Ramps

A training challenge like no other!

Time to put all of those ramps we make you run in sessions to good use...our Run The Ramps challenge! Starting at Sandringham beach we will run along the beach track and tackle every ramp along the way to Half Moon Bay before turning around and making our way back to Sandringham with a flat run home on the bike track.

Get your friends, family and kids involved for the challenge and make those training ramps worth it! Our Nutritionist Steph will also be there at the finish line with her famous Healthy Anzac Cookies! 

Cost: Members & Kids free // non members $20 (paid on the day)

Dexa Scans

A Dexa Body Scan will tell you the density of bone, fat and lean tissue in any given region of your body and can be used to track body fat levels over time. 

How long does a scan take?

The actual scan takes about 3 minutes to complete but you are allocated a 10 minute booking. While lying on the padded bed surface, the scanner arm makes a series of 3 passes over your body. There is no discomfort at all. 

What should I wear?

Any comfortable clothing keeping in mind all metal objects such as keys and wallets from the pockets as well as belt buckles and shoes need to be removed. Metal bra clips do not need to be removed. Ideally, wear clothing without metal zips or studs.

Dance Fitness with Kylie

Some of you may not know this, but our trainer Kylie is from a dancing background! She competes regularly as well as having experience as a dance teacher so we are sure you are with us when we say we're keen to see her in action!

This will be a one-off session on May 3rd 7:30pm - 8:30pm (replacing yoga for one week while our yoga instructer Lucy and some of our yogi's are off to a reatreat in Bali). Get ready to work up a sweat while busting out moves to your favourite tunes including the 80's, 90's and some of the latest hits.

There will also be some healthy treats to enjoy from our Nutritionist after the session. 

This is a free session and is open to members and non members.
