November 21 Day Challenge


This challenge is completed as individuals. Each week Jack, Steph, Jamie and Lisa will nominate members to receive 3,2 and 1 votes. At the end of the challenge we will award a prize to the top 3 members with the most votes. Votes will be awarded based on effort and consistency for both training and nutrition across the week.   

What you will need to do:

  • Complete pre and post challenge measurements (weight and waist)

  • Complete 4 training sessions per week

  • Include 4 x recipes per week created by our Nutritionist

  • Drink minimum 2L of water per day

  • Have at least 4 alcohol free nights per week

  • Get a minimum 7 hours sleep per night

-  Each week a trainer will be putting on an extra 'bonus' session if you wish to include this in your 4 sessions. Jack (week 1), Lisa (week 2), Jamie (week 3). 
-  You can upgrade to participate in Steph's 21 Day Detox Program in conjunction with this challenge if you wish (recommended for best results). Cost = $165 (includes $25 for challenge registration).
