Each week we will release weekly challenges to be completed by you & your partner…as well as completing your usual sessions.
There will be 3 new recipes each week to compliment all that hard work you will be putting into the sessions.
The prize: 6 weeks of free unlimited weekly training for each of you.
How to win?
Complete the weekly challenges of week 1, week 3 and week 6 challenge to go into the draw.
