  • If you need to cancel a booking please do so at least 12 hours before the session so someone else can book in. (If you are on a session pass and fail to show to a booked session you will still be charged).

  • You must bring a sweat towel, a full drink bottle and your own mat (if possible).

  • Please do not book further than two weeks in advance so we have the opportunity to adapt if regulations continue to change.
