If you need to cancel a booking please do so at least 12 hours before the session so someone else can book in. (If you are on a session pass and fail to show to a booked session you will still be charged).
You must bring a sweat towel, a full drink bottle and your own mat (if possible).
Please do not book further than two weeks in advance so we have the opportunity to adapt if regulations continue to change.
