Beach Bods

This is a four week clean eating program that begins just after the Spring Carnival and finishes just as Summer hits so this will be your last chance to get that Beach Bod before the bathers come out!

NEXT PROGRAM STARTING NOVEMBER 2017

Cost: Members Free / Non Members $40

What is involved in the program each week:

  • Follow the weekly eating plans with new recipes created by our Nutritionist Steph Wearne
  • Drink minimum 2L per day
  • Have at least 4 alcohol free nights per week
  • Complete 3 training sessions per week
  • Complete 3 body sculpting workouts (at home) that target the core, glutes and guns. 
  • Get a minimum 7 hours sleep per night
