ANZAC DAY STUDIO HOURS
Please note the studio will be closed on Wednesday 25th April for the Anzac Day public holiday.
Our annual Run The Ramps event will be on however so see information to the right for details.
Please note there are new membership prices for 2018.

RUN THE RAMPS
Join us on Anzac Day for our annual Run The Ramps event.
Starting at Sandringham playground the 5km course includes 8 ramps on the way to Half Moon Bay and then a flat run along the bike track back to the starting point.
Anyone welcome, 8:15am arrival, gold coin donation.
STEPH'S COOKING CLASSES
Our Nutritionist Steph has a brand new kitchen and has released the dates for her 2018 cooking classes.
Enjoy a wholefood five course meal after an in-depth Cooking Class. Watch her cook, check out her veggie patch, have a sneak peek into her pantry and then sit down and enjoy a healthy feast.
