Fit 4 Football
The Fit 4 Football Program is a fantastic program offered pre and post-Christmas exclusively to junior football clubs. This program provides an opportunity for participants to improve their cardiovascular endurance, running technique, upper and lower body strength, agility, speed, flexibility, core stability and nutrition habits relative to football performance. Not only does this pre-season training improve results during the season but many players are experiencing injury free seasons as well. We have run this program since 2012 for the East Sandringham Zebbies, and more recently Hampton Rovers and have watched the progression of over 100 young boys transform into fit, confident athletes that are reaping the rewards during the season.
