We are determined to create stronger & faster athletes that spend more time performing, rather than rehabilitating. The athlete that is able to spend more time playing, honing their skills and refining the craft, is the one that increases their chances of becoming a champion.
This program is available to athletes of any age wanting to excel in their chosen sport.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Sessions will be taken in groups capped at 8 participants.
- Groups will be organized according to age group and sport.
- Sessions will be taken with one of our experienced strength coaches in a private setting.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- Initial assessment - to determine base levels of muscular strength, injury history & highlights mobility/stability dysfunctions
- Individualized strength and corrective exercise programming to improve muscular power, strength and reduce the probability of injury.
- Conditioning programming will aid in improving cardiovascular fitness to the demands of the chosen sport.
