MATERNITY FITNESS

STARTING WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 11th 2017!!

Lisa Rowse is a personal trainer who specialises in fitness for new mums and mums to be. After three children of her own Lisa understands the importance of movement and exercise during pregnancy and also transitioning back into exercise postpartum. 

Lisa values how beneficial it is on more than just a physical level by taking the time to exercise for yourself. She has developed a holistic program to not only get your fitness back on track but to also include support from our Nutritionist, Steph Wearne, and our recommended Physiotherapists, Nurses and Lactation Consultants.    

MUMS TO BE

Sessions run for 45 minutes and are focussed on safe exercises to ensure you are comfortable and getting the most out of your training. Each participant will receive personalised training depending on your fitness level, stage of pregnancy and any limitations.

COST: $150 for a 10 session pass.
TIME: Saturdays 10:15am - 11:00am.

MUMS & BUBS

For new mums up to 12 months postpartum

Sessions run for 45minutes in a very relaxed environment where you can bring your bubs and not have to worry about the hassle of childcare. Bubs will be set up in a play area right next to where Mums will be working out so they can attend to their children whenever needed.  

COST: $150 for a 10 session pass.
TIME: Wednesday and Saturday 11:00am - 11:45am
