Linked's junior/teen training is a very exciting opportunity for those kids and teenagers who are serious about becoming fitter, stronger, more agile and confident. Each age group is specifically tailored to compliment and support what their body needs in terms of development and ability levels.

Training during childhood/adolescents has often been seen as a no go, however provided the activities are undertaken with correct technique and format,  training and exercise at a young age can set the basis for a healthy lifestyle through childhood, adolescents and into adulthood. Our kids training program is aimed at those kids who want to be involved, want to improve their fitness and strength, and also want to improve performance and confidence in their chosen sports.

Juniors (8-12 years old)
Our Junior session is focused around gaining fitness through fun. It includes activities, games, coordination, skills, balance and basic fitness exercises.

Mondays: 4:00pm - 4:45pm  

Teens (13- 17 years old)
Our Teen sessions are structured to develop each participants strength and fitness according to their growing bodies. Through this program Teens will prepare their bodies for the demands of sport, improving confidence and skills and reducing the risk of injury. Training includes core stability, cardiovascular endurance, functional strength and conditioning, agility, running technique, games, competitions, holiday programs, nutritional information. The most important aspect of these sessions is that they are completed with trainer supervision to focus on correct technique and reduced injury risk. 

Mondays: 4:45pm - 5:30pm
Wednesdays: 4:45pm-5:30pm
