Some of you may not know this, but our trainer Kylie is from a dancing background! She competes regularly as well as having experience as a dance teacher so we are sure you are with us when we say we're keen to see her in action!
This will be a one-off session on May 3rd 7:30pm - 8:30pm (replacing yoga for one week while our yoga instructer Lucy and some of our yogi's are off to a reatreat in Bali). Get ready to work up a sweat while busting out moves to your favourite tunes including the 80's, 90's and some of the latest hits.
There will also be some healthy treats to enjoy from our Nutritionist after the session.
This is a free session and is open to members and non members.
